Charlotte Castronovo

Charlotte Castronovo has a passion for supporting organizations that promote education and empower women. Charlotte has served as a junior board member of both the One Love Foundation and the Cornelia Connelly Center. As a board member of GTL, she is inspired by the mission to continue to support women’s education. After spending four years living in New York City and working in financial services / private equity for Duff & Phelps and then Lexington Partners, Charlotte now lives in Washington, DC and works as a private equity associate at LNC Partners. Charlotte received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Boston University Questrom School of Business and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
