Mercy Kinyodah
Mercy Kinyodah is responsible for the succesful delivery ,capacity building of GTL’s missions in
East Africa and team of volunteer coordinators. As well as improving and increasing the benefits
of the scholarship to girls through mentorshi programs etc. She is knowledgeable in strategic
planning, programs management and monitoring, social work, website management and digital
marketing.

Sister Salome Nambi, M.Ed.
Headteacher St.Kizito High School Bethany.
Sr Salome Nambi is the Head teacher of St Kizito High School Bethany in Mityana District, Uganda.
She holds a Bachelor 's Degree in Secondary Education in History and Geography. .In her role as a
GTL Coordinator, current she identifies needy students within her school and reaches out to other
schools and the community too. . Sr. Salome is assisted by Ms Cissy Nakiboneka who is a lecturer
in Uganda Martyrs University Nkozi.

Godfrey Okello
Godfrey has developed a great sense of devotion and love for volunteering and working with the less
fortunate in society. Having gone through challenges and adversity as a blind young Kenyan during
his secondary schooling years. He knows intimately the challenges of the young in Western Region
and the gift of a helping hand as he himself was a beneficiary of amazing men and women who
supported and assisted him through secondary school. Coordinates in Western Kenya.

Godfrey Okello-Coordinator(Western Kenya)
Caroline works as a County Executive Committee Member in charge of Environment, Natural Resources, Energy and Mining in Baringo County, Kenya. An outstanding individual she was won awards for her rain fed climate change adaptation project and for her advocacy work. Educated in Kenya and USA, she volunteers her service to communities in advocacy, proposal writing, project designs, motivational talks and mentorships. AT GTL she acts as a volunteer scholarship coordinator in Rift Valley, Kenya.

Caroline Lentupuru-Coordinator(Rift Valley, Kenya)
Sister Lucy Diu
Former Headmistress of St. Marie-Eugenie and Sangiti Secondary Schools, both in the area of
Moshi near Mt. Kilimanjaro. Now as an Official for the Catholic Church in Moshi, she continues to
work and assist GTL and educators in Tanzania to identify students in need and gain support
through secondary school.

Sister Lucy Diu-Coordinator(Tanzania)
Former GTL Scholar from Sangiti Secondary School, Tanzania.
She has a Bachelor's Degree in Education from the University of Dar-es-Salaam.
Currently teaches English & History at Kia School.
Works with Sr. Lucy Diu in the Tanzania program.

Clara Shomari-Coordinator(Tanzania)
Former GTL Scholar graduated from Sega Girls Secondary.
Currently, a third-year student at Laikipia University, Kenya, pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Pure Statistics.
She works hand in hand with Godfrey Okello who is a teacher at Sega Girls' Secondary School.

Diana Achieng-Coordinator(Western Kenya)
A BSc. Industrial Chemistry graduate.
She is a compassionate and jovial volunteer.
She has been working with vulnerable women and girls in the slums of Nairobi.
In her role as a volunteer coordinator, she looks forward to fostering relationships with schools where the girls will be learning.

Grace Gathoni-Coordinator(Central Kenya)
Former GTL Scholar from Karoti Girls, Kenya.
Currently, a first-year student at Machakos University pursuing a Bsc. Analytical Chemistry.
Works with Grace Gathoni in the Central Kenya region.
